Hupchecker measures Original Intelligence in people and teams. Each profile includes an OIQ Score (originality measured against AI baselines), an OIQ Archetype (how someone naturally generates and shapes ideas), contribution signals (how a person pairs with AI and with other people), and a team view (originality patterns across a group or organization).
Original Intelligence is the measurable capacity to create value beyond the AI baseline. It is a new measurement standard for the differentiated thinking, judgment, and novelty that remain scarce when AI output becomes abundant. It is not a creativity score, an IQ test, a personality assessment, or an AI detector.
AI has made polished output cheap and abundant. The signals organizations used to rely on — credentials, deliverables, written work, proof of work — no longer reliably prove effort, judgment, expertise, or differentiation. When everything looks good, organizations lose the ability to tell what is actually original. Original Intelligence is the measurement standard built for that condition.
An OIQ Score is a measure of originality calibrated against AI baselines. OIQ scores are calibrated against AI baselines — they measure how far a contribution sits beyond what AI-typical output would produce. OIQ does not compare individuals against human norms or general population baselines.
